DIBZ

DIBz (Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Zone) is an employee-run initiative meant to provide a space for employees to share, create, and advocate for their passions. I co-led the creation of Heritage CuiZines, in which we explore different cultures through home recipes submitted by Ayzenbergers. Our zines were part of a larger program in which we encourage our agency to engage with different groups through an established speaker series, company-matched donations, and a curated donation program sponsored specifically by our zine.
